Adjustable BaseJack
An adjustable base jack in Cuplock scaffolding is a load-bearing, height-adjustable support fitted at the bottom of vertical standards to provide leveling and stability on uneven or soft ground. It consists of a screw-threaded stem with a base plate, onto which the Cuplock vertical sits. By rotating the screw, the vertical standard can be raised or lowered to achieve a perfectly level scaffold. Once adjusted, the base jack distributes the load evenly and ensures safe and stable support for the entire scaffold structure. Adjustable base jacks are essential in Cuplock systems for ground leveling, load transfer, and maintaining scaffold stability in high-rise and heavy-duty construction projects.
