Cuplock Ledger
A Cuplock ledger is a horizontal member in a Cuplock scaffolding system that connects the vertical standards (cuplock verticals) to form a rigid framework.
The ledger has cup-shaped ends that fit into the top and bottom cuplocks of the verticals. Once inserted, a locking wedge or pin secures the connection, creating a strong, stable joint without the need for separate couplers. Cuplock ledgers support scaffold platforms, planks, and workers’ loads, maintain the scaffold’s shape, and ensure structural stability. They allow quick assembly and disassembly, making Cuplock scaffolding efficient for high-rise and heavy-duty construction projects.
