Corner Angle

In Acro shuttering, a corner angle is a metal L-shaped member used to reinforce and support the corners of formwork panels. It is placed at the external or internal corners of the shuttering to maintain the correct angle and alignment of the panels. The corner angle prevents the panels from bulging or shifting under the pressure of fresh concrete and ensures that the concrete edges are straight and square.

Corner Angles/ Slotted Corner Angles have various slots which are made at a distance from center to center for providing adjustment for Soldiers / Acro Plates. These corner angles are fitted next to the acro Shuttering plates/ soldiers. They have parallel slots having on it. After fitting of these plates with soldiers/ acro plates, it becomes a very strong formwork system ready to bear the heavy load of the cast material. This system of formwork is specially designed to provide strength and increase the scope of shuttering system.
