Fix beam Clamp
A fixed beam clamp used in scaffolding is a load-bearing fitting designed to secure scaffold tubes rigidly to steel beams or girders at a fixed 90-degree angle. It consists of a clamp that grips the flange of a steel beam and a fixed coupler that holds the scaffold tube firmly in position. Unlike a swivel beam clamp, it does not allow rotation, ensuring a strong and stable right-angle connection. The clamp is tightened using a bolt or screw mechanism, providing a secure hold without drilling or welding to the beam. Fixed beam clamps are commonly used in steel-structure and industrial scaffolding where a permanent, rigid connection to a beam is required for maximum stability.
